Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Kitchener, Ontario, is seeking a Mixer for our production operations. The role focuses on measuring and adding ingredients to the mixer, following formulas, and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met during the production flow.

Successful candidates will operate and monitor the mixer, record batch numbers, and maintain accurate process records. This is a full-time, first-shift position with a hourly wage around the posted range.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an industrial mixer and following batch formulas.
• Ability to monitor times and maintain dough temperature to specification.
• Record batch numbers and process data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to formulas using color-coded scoops.
• Monitor set times and mixing processes and perform QC checks.
• Unload batches and transfer to next station; clean mixer after unloading.
• Operate machine controls, set timers and perform pre-operation inspections.
• Record batch numbers and maintain downtime/process control sheets.
