Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads by visiting potential customers in their homes and presenting the benefits of our fencing services. You will be required to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, and should have a genuine passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers in their homes and present the benefits of our fencing services
• Conduct surveys and collect information on customer needs and preferences
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a door-to-door sales representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or marketing is an asset

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with an uncapped commission structure in place. On target earnings for this position are $80,000, and our top performing agents earn around $200,000. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn significant income through their sales efforts.
