We’re Hiring:

Looking to sharpen your marketing and sales skills? How about improving your overall communication skills? Our marketers consist of enthusiastic, coachable, and hardworking individuals who are comfortable interacting with the community on a regular basis!

Our marketing position involves going door-to-door offering our painting services to potential clients within the Windsor/Falmouth community, and collecting contact information from leads. No experience required! Training will be provided to ensure you feel confident offering our services and answering any questions clients may have.

This is a part-time position with a minimum commitment of 15 hours/week. We offer flexible hours, an outdoors-oriented environment, and are hiring marketers to complete our sales team!

COMPENSATION

• $15 per hour + $5 commission for every lead that meets the necessary criteria at the door
• Results-based pay & incentives (the more you work, the more you earn)
