Job description

As a Marketer for Phox Painting, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers and generating valuable leads. This involves connecting with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm, and building rapport. This is a part-time, casual position offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work outdoors.

Responsibilities :

  • Build Relationships : Connect with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Generate Leads : Present our painting services with enthusiasm, capturing interest and converting leads for our sales team.
  • Maintain Accuracy : Accurately record customer information and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to Team Success : Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Visiting homes throughout Edmonton to promote painting services.
  • Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collecting leads and scheduling appointments for painting estimates.
  • Representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Wearing company attire.
  • Working both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday : 4 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday : 12 : 00 PM - 4 : 00 PM
  • Minimum 6 hours per week; flexible scheduling available.

Compensation :

  • Base Pay : $18.00 per hour
  • Commission : Earn additional income based on your performance
  • Opportunities for Growth : Advancement opportunities within the company and full-time work available in the summer!

  • Previous sales or marketing experience is an asset but not required (full training provided).
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
