We are seeking passionate, outgoing, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Fundraisers in Hamilton, Ontario. In this role, you will represent a well-respected hospital foundation, engaging with community members to raise awareness and secure donations that support vital healthcare initiatives.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct door-to-door fundraising campaigns within assigned neighborhoods in Hamilton, Ontario.
2. Educate potential donors about the hospital foundation’s mission, programs, and impact.
3. Build meaningful connections with community members to encourage recurring contributions.
4. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company guidelines.
5. Accurately record donor information and contributions using provided tools and technology.
6. Collaborate with a supportive team to meet daily and weekly fundraising goals.

Requirements :

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

• Compensation: $28.00 / hour + $4.00 / hour professionalism bonus.
