Smiles Foundation is urgently looking to fill a volunteer position with a candidate experienced in building relationships and reaching out to new prospects in Canada and the USA. We need someone who excels at developing long-term relationships and would like to apply their skills and knowledge to a good cause.

It is an opportunity to become involved and gain further experience in the field of charity and dentistry, being part of a dynamic, supportive team where your contribution would matter.

Responsibilities

1. Follow up and manage a list of leads.
2. Communicate (emails & calls) with new prospects.
3. Data entry and file management.
4. Regularly communicate with the Donor Relations and Communications Team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing.
• Two or more years of full-time experience in a role dedicated to generating new business or fundraising (preferred but not required).
• Computer savvy and proficient in G-Suite.
• Full of energy and a positive attitude!

Must have availability between Monday and Friday, any time between 9 am and 5 pm.

Minimum commitment: 20 hours a week for at least 1 year.
