The Opportunity
As the Donor Relations & Grant Coordinator at the YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick, you will play a vital role in strengthening our mission through meaningful donor engagement and strategic grant coordination. You’ll support the Fund Development team by managing our donor database, building lasting relationships, and ensuring each donor feels valued and connected to our work. Your responsibilities will also include researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals that support our programs and deepen our community impact.
This is a full-time salaried position (40 hours per week), primarily Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend work required for special events. You will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and work alongside a passionate team that is committed to making a difference.
