Job summary

Meadowridge School is seeking a Development & Community Relations Officer to spearhead fundraising efforts, manage a donor portfolio, and strengthen community ties. You will lead the Major Gifts program, coordinate events, and collaborate with senior staff to advance campaigns.

The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a university degree in fundraising or related experience, and a track record in securing major gifts. Some travel and translation support may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• University degree in fundraising or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years fundraising experience with a not-for-profit organization and proven major gifts success.
• CFRE designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives and Major Gifts program within Meadowridge School.
• Develop prospect research profiles and manage donor pipeline.
• Maintain donor relationships through face-to-face meetings and stewardship.
• Enter prospect and donor data into Raiser's Edge accurately.
