Waterloo Regional Health Network Foundation (WRHNF) seeks a Stewardship Manager to lead donor reporting, content creation, and program design. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and the finance team to ensure accurate fund usage and compelling donor communications.

Hybrid role based in Kitchener-Waterloo, with autonomy to drive stewardship initiatives, manage workflows, and engage major donors through diverse outputs such as reports, newsletters, and video updates.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience managing impact reporting and stewardship programs.
• Advanced understanding of stewardship principles and donor relations.
• Experience in healthcare or multi-stakeholder non-profits preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of donor impact reports and related materials.
• Coordinate with partners, writers, printers, and finance for accurate reporting.
• Translate metrics and beneficiary stories into donor-centred narratives.
• Ensure fund usage accuracy and compliance with gift agreements.
• Maintain donor journey maps and stewardship metrics for continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets for stewardship materials and deliverables.
