Job Requirements & Duties
You are responsible for all operations in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set a positive example and adhere to all policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering, training, and hiring team members. A profit-sharing bonus is available based on cost control within goals.
