Main duties of the job

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents' rooms and all communal areas. You will be adaptable, approachable, and prioritize resident care, actively promoting continual improvement of standards in all areas. This approach should reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment in which our residents are valued, respected, and retain their individualism and dignity. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents and ensure the delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents, contributing to the ongoing fulfillment of their lives.
