The Opportunity
Documentation is a critical and widely used resource for Grafana users. As a Documentation and Technical Writing Manager, you will steer the direction and enhancement of our documentation. You will manage a team of Technical Writers who develop documentation for developer audiences, collaborate with engineering and other internal/external groups to define deliverables, priorities, and processes, contribute to writing and editing, and drive process improvements.
You will help manage documentation for fast-growing open source and commercial products, own improvements to the documentation site, and work across the organization to identify needs, requests, and prioritization. You will foster collaboration across teams to deliver content that helps users learn and adopt Grafana products quickly.

Compensation
In Canada, the base compensation range for this role is CAD 136,189 - CAD 163,427. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to align incentives with Grafana Labs’ success. Compensation ranges are country-specific. If applying from a different location, the recruiter will discuss local pay ranges and benefits at the start of the process.
