Documentation Specialist - Environmental Services - ( 250000KV )

Your Opportunity

As Documentation Specialist you will work with the documentation team to prepare, produce and publish reports, proposals and forms. You will work with the project teams to assist with documentation requirements.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams with formatting and finalization of documents (memos, letters, proposals and submissions)
  • Respond to internal requests related to project documents, reports and proposals
  • E-publish documents, reports and proposals
  • Coordinate and help to prepare bookmarked and hyperlinked PDFs
  • Liaise with project team and other documentation staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • An above average working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe applications including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat and Word, as well as a solid comprehension of styles and the ability to create, use and maintain style-driven templates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willing, adaptable and flexible approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven high attention to detail
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines (cope well in stressful situations)
  • Experience with InDesign and Illustrator would be an asset
  • Proven experience in working independently, with minimal supervision
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, as the need occurs
  • Multilingual would be an asset
Education And Experience

  • Education relating to Business or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a documentation related role.
