Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a dedicated professional to manage end-to-end document workflows for deposits, client onboarding and treasury services, ensuring regulatory compliance and document integrity.

You will advise on sales legal documentation, maintain the document database, and prepare audit materials while supporting policy updates and risk mitigation across the organization in both French and English contexts.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounts documentation or financial operations in a banking environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; related experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end document workflows for deposit accounts, client onboarding and treasury services, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Advise on sales legal documentation to clients and internal partners.
  • Maintain and secure the document database, mitigate risks, and preserve document integrity.
  • Prepare audit materials and compliance documentation; support retention guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze high-risk client requests and verify proper authorizations for secure processing.
  • Lead change management initiatives to adopt process improvements.
  • Draft reports on document management metrics and operational performance.
