We are currently hiring a Document Processing Representative with strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an office environment. Responsibilities

As the Data Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Processing and administration of confidential data
  2. Reviewing documents and ensuring proper processes are followed
  3. Maintaining service level agreements and meeting audit requirements set by clients
  4. Ensuring regulated processing is accurate according to clients' standards and guidelines
  5. Maintaining relationships within the industry
Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the insolvency industry, collections, litigation, or insolvency is an asset
  2. Passion to Serve - Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive, and quick learner
  3. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with a team and independently
  4. Strong data entry skills and accuracy
  5. Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
  7. Ability to pass a thorough background check (Criminal, Credit, etc.)
