Summary
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing and working with the Canadian HR Team, the Document Control and Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for administrative initiatives within the Med-Eng Canadian Manufacturing plant located in Pembroke, Ontario.
This is a combined role to support Documentation Control and Human Resources Administration.
The Documentation Control provides support to the Plant in many different areas including managing and preparing training records, documentation libraries, and assisting manufacturing engineering with document changes and creation.
HR support includes coordination of recruiting / new hire on-boarding, training and development, health and safety, performance management support, benefits administration, and processes paperwork for functional areas according to established procedures.
This position interacts daily with all Associates at the Plant and many departments within the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Documentation Control Responsibilities :
Documentation updates, manages data base to ensure proper revision control, manages documentation libraries on the production floor, prints new revisions based on Engineering Change notices. Manages the documentation libraries throughout the facility.
Human Resources Administration Responsibilities
Coordinates the recruitment process within the facility and work with leaders to ensure proper onboarding & orientation process.
Other Administrative Duties
Manages petty cash fund, cheques, prepares receipts and monthly summary to finance.
