Job Overview
Healthspring Wellness is a great team with Acupuncture, Osteopath therapist, Massage therapist and Physiotherapist. We work as ONE team to help people getting healthier and healthier. Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is important for us as a team member. We are looking for specialized in Gynecology and Fertility.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and needs.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, with an emphasis on pain management and pediatrics.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, focusing on science-based herbal powder from Taiwan to help patients.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems for data collection and patient management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
  • Engage in research activities to enhance clinical practices and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Skills

  • Proficiency in prescribing Traditional Herbal Medicine Powder from Taiwan.
  • Strong understanding of Traditional Medicine and best practices.
  • Excellent data collection skills for effective patient assessment and treatment planning.
  • Experience working in Gynecology and Fertility with knowledge of treatment protocols, including Acupuncture, Guasha, Cupping, and TCM Herbal Powder.
  • Ability to work effectively with pediatric patients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique needs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the medical field.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $51,000.00-$131,040.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 – 42 per week
