· Wage: $23.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

· Prepare entire meals based on provided restaurant recipes

· May participate in menu planning, portion management, and estimating food requirements and expenses

· Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

· Oversee kitchen operations

· Keep track of inventory levels and order food supplies if necessary

· Maintain the kitchen and work areas clean and sanitized

· May recruit and hire kitchen staff if necessary

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
