Qualifications

Position Information

DMI Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing software and high-level hardware support on Diagnostic Imaging's Information systems and workstations under the guidance of the DMI System Administrator through daily system maintenance activities and support.

This is a corporate position with a home base at the General Campus.

Temporary until approximately November 08, 2026.

Rotation/Shifts

Days, evenings and on-call, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

  • Information/Business Systems or Health Care related diploma;
  • Minimum 4 years experience in an Information Management environment;
  • Working knowledge of medical imaging processes;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIS and other hospital systems that interrelate with Diagnostic Imaging information systems;
  • Proficiency in Administrative software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation;
  • Excellent Customer Service, Project Management and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
  • Above-average ability to anticipate problems and react appropriately;
  • Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Eligible to work in Canada.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information/Business Systems or Health Care;

Experience working in a Diagnostic Imaging environment or equivalent healthcare related field;

Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Demonstrated teaching/training experience.
