About The Role

This role will be responsible for creating lifestyle and promotional content for Youtooz products with a focus on arts and crafts type content, such as building scenes/dioramas or DIY videos with paper backgrounds/outfits. Youtooz products are social at core and we create hundreds of content pieces monthly to showcase new launches or bring to life memorable moments. Across TikTok, reels, YouTube shorts and other short form platforms our best performing content features Youtooz front and center. You will be creating this content - from inception to making sets to shooting and posting.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit promotional videos, stills and lifestyle content of Youtooz products using the sets.
• Create ‘sets’ to film Youtooz content within, including sketching backgrounds on paper, making outfits or displays that highlight memes and moments related to characters.
• Stay up to date with pop culture, relevant social trends and viral memes.
• Manage a video production schedule to align content with key dates of new releases, anniversaries and other tentpole timing.

Requirements

• DIY experience in making miniature sets, outfits, displays and other small-scale arts & crafts
• Proficient in shooting vertical content on iPhone using TikTok’s in-app editor, iMovie, Adobe Premiere Rush/Adobe Suite or other comparable editing softwares
• A love of collectibles, toys, pop culture and the internet (memes, influencers, etc)
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Google Suite of apps, specifically Google Sheets
• Short form video experience, ideally with TikTok or Reels
• Excellent and friendly communicator
• Well versed in internet culture, content creators, and online personalities
• Interest in being part of a fast growing consumer brand

The Pay Range For This Role Is

40,000 - 60,000 CAD per year (Remote)
