WS Audiology Americas is seeking a full-time Divisional Sales Director based in the Greater Toronto Area to oversee HearCANADA clinics. We’re seeking a full-time, permanent Divisional Sales Director to join our Central Ontario team. This role will support a large territory of HearCANADA clinics and will require travel . The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and will work in a hybrid environment with some time spent at our Burlington head office and time spent onsite at designated HearCANADA clinic locations (travel can be up to 60% of the time).
What it’s all about :
The Divisional Sales Director will oversee assigned HearCANADA clinics (direct oversight to both people and operations) throughout their assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have territory retail and / or clinic leadership experience. To succeed in this role, you will bring business acumen and direct experience leading, coaching, and motivating teams. You are a high-energy team leader who is growth-oriented and has a passion to grow not only the region in terms of sales, but grow and develop our existing talent.
