Location : West Dublin

Hybrid / Remote : Hybrid – flexible approach

Our client, a highly acquisitive division of one of Ireland’s most well-known companies, is recruiting for a Divisional Finance Manager to join its core finance team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be involved in all elements of this fast-growing business, including M&A for upcoming international acquisitions, before getting the opportunity to move to a senior finance role within the business within 18-24 months.

The ideal candidate will be a Big 4 / Top 10 trained accountant with 1-3 years PQE in either practice or industry. Manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing key reporting for the Division
  • Acting as finance liaison between global teams and Group
  • Providing key financial analysis and associated insights
  • Supporting on M&A, post-acquisition integration and reviews of acquired business

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant – ideally Big 4 / Top 10 or with exposure to dynamic and complex multinationals
  • Manufacturing exposure is a plus
  • Excellent technical skills but, as crucially, a keen interest in business and desire to use commercial acumen alongside finance skillset
  • Ability to build relationships with finance and non-finance staff throughout the business
  • Willingness to travel as required – this will be on an ad hoc basis based on anticipated needs rather than a set travel schedule
