Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LINC program and activities in a designated service area, ensuring the achievement of goals and objectives for the program.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Coordinate program/service delivery to ensure optimal outcomes in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and review service delivery, soliciting client/participant and community feedback.
  • Recommend and implement program revisions to improve client outcomes.
  • Keep current on trends and disseminate information to staff.
  • Recruit, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
  • Handle human resources issues with input from senior management.
  • Manage program budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure facilities are maintained and safety regulations are followed.
  • Market ISSofBC programs and services through representation and community engagement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, Business, Education, or related discipline, with at least three (3) years recent supervisory/managerial experience, or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Cultural competency and commitment to working with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and program development skills.
  • Experience managing funded programs and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Clear criminal record check.
ISSofBC Value Proposition

Starting Salary Range: $34.94 - $38.45 per hour, depending on education, experience, and internal equity.
