Overview: ICC Property Management Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing owner/tenant/director needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee condominium management tasks, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Manage data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in record keeping.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to optimize operational costs.
- Maintain organized office environments, including filing systems and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- CMRAO General License.
- Experience in a Condominium Manager role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident in independently carrying out Condominium Manager-related responsibilities such as chairing Board Meetings, preparing Annual Budgets, conducting property inspections, and more.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
