Job Details

Overview: ICC Property Management Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of service for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing owner/tenant/director needs and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Oversee condominium management tasks, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  4. Manage data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in record keeping.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers to optimize operational costs.
  6. Maintain organized office environments, including filing systems and administrative tasks.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. CMRAO General License.
  2. Experience in a Condominium Manager role.
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  4. Confident in independently carrying out Condominium Manager-related responsibilities such as chairing Board Meetings, preparing Annual Budgets, conducting property inspections, and more.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
