As we expand our digital presence and distribution channels, we are looking for a tech-savvy, strategic Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to drive the growth of our online channels.*The Opportunity*We?re seeking an experienced and proactive Ecommerce & Marketplace Manager to lead the technical and operational execution of our ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will manage third-party marketplace integrations (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy), develop our internal ecommerce website, and align digital strategies with business goals. You will collaborate closely with procurement, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth coordination and execution.*What You?ll Do** Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.* Oversee day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website, ensuring optimal performance, security, user experience and integrated order fulfillment.* Optimize website functionality through SEO, merchandising, promotions, and performance tracking to increase traffic, conversion rates and revenue on ecommerce platforms.* Handle full-stack API integrations with marketplaces, ERP systems, CRMs, and internal dashboards.* Work with external marketplace partners to build, expand and promote dedicated private label product lines online in coordination with procurement and marketing teams.* Manage product listings across all channels, including categorization, descriptions, pricing, availability and visual assets to ensure accuracy and optimized visibility.* Coordinate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with marketing campaigns and procurement plans.* Ensure seamless order fulfilment from website/marketplace to customer shipment. Identify and resolve errors related to order processing, payment or customer service.* Manage technical troubleshooting related to platform integrations, product feeds and order flows, and liaise with third-party vendors or developers as needed.* Generate reports and KPIs to monitor channel performance and inform decision-making. Analyze ecommerce and marketplace performance, market trends and consumer behaviour to define and execute growth strategies for online sales.* Champion innovation through technology, automation, and system upgrades that future-proof our operations.*Technical Requirements:** Oversee development and optimization of all digital platforms, with a focus on Magento (and a basic understanding of Shopify).* Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based servers, including cron jobs, server-side scripting, and general environment setup.* Manage Cloudflare configurations (DNS, WAF, performance tuning).* Ensure server uptime and performance by resolving 404, 500, 503 errors and optimizing database/server load under traffic spikes.* Architect scalable white-label product configurations in Magento to support multiple brand-specific product lines.* Create and maintain white-label onboarding templates to simplify partner deployment.* Troubleshoot and enhance Magento dropshipping/white-label features for performance and scalability.* Manage PHP-based applications (including Laravel and legacy custom frameworks)* Design and maintain relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with efficient indexing, query optimization, and backups.* Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure secure and scalable performance.* Implement and maintain WAF security, risk mitigation strategies, and pro
