About Wilson Blanchard

Wilson Blanchard Management, an Associa company, comprises Condominium Managers, Administrators, and Accounting professionals. Alongside our support team, we serve over 42,000 condo unit owners daily, delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to condominium owners and residents
  • Organize and attend Board meetings, record minutes, and chair annual general meetings and other owner meetings as needed
  • Conduct site inspections and complete monthly manager reports
  • Draft annual operating and reserve fund budgets
  • Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors
  • Handle financial matters including budgeting, expense analysis, reviewing, and coding invoices

Requirements

  • Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Effective communication skills with external and internal customers
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Critical and logical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
  • Experience with Yardi or similar financial software
