Position: Store Manager
Location: Avalon Mall, St. John’s NL.
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As the Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our store’s culture, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve store goals.
2. Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the team does the same.
4. Manage staff schedules, payroll, and hiring.
5. Analyze store performance and drive strategies to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
6. Maintain store presentation, ensuring it is always visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in retail management or leadership roles.
2. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
4. Passion for fashion and customer service.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
