Join autologiQ, a dynamic and innovative leader in the automotive service industry. We are passionate about transforming customer experiences and driving growth through cutting-edge solutions. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a HubSpot Subject Matter Expert to lead our marketing and sales strategies.

Note: This position is based in-office and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. We are not considering freelance or contract workers.

Role Overview

As a HubSpot SME, you will leverage the HubSpot platform to optimize marketing efforts, build workflows, enhance sales funnels, and improve customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, implement, and analyze HubSpot initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expertise Development: Serve as the authority on HubSpot functionalities, features, and best practices; stay current with platform updates and industry trends.
  2. Strategic Implementation: Lead deployment and management of HubSpot tools including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to support campaigns, sales processes, and customer support.
  3. Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot to ensure effective platform utilization.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign and CRM metrics; develop dashboards and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and workflows across departments.
  6. Customer Engagement: Contribute to creating engaging content, automated workflows, and personalized customer journeys.
Qualifications
  • Proven HubSpot expertise with relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Sales Certification).
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, data analysis, and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
