  2. Acts as primary point of contact for managers and employees for day-to-day HR related questions and guides junior members of HR as appropriate.
  3. Develops and implements HR strategies to drive employee retention initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  4. Conducts investigations into employee complaints or concerns, including human rights, conflict, and performance issues.
  5. Partners with senior leadership to develop proactive strategies for engagement, wellbeing, operations, and learning and development.
  6. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources provincial requirements.
  7. Manages immigration requests to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  8. Oversees performance management and review processes, along with other HR programs as needed.
  9. Drives employee engagement activities, diversity, and inclusion to improve the work environment and employee satisfaction.
  10. Advises and supports management on employee relations, retention initiatives, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  11. Designs management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  1. 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in HR management.
  2. Preferably experience in BPO sector.
  3. Proficient in PowerPoint for HR presentations and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Post-secondary education in HR or related fields; CPHR designation is an asset.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  8. Knowledge of HR legal and compliance requirements.
