*Overview*The F&I Manager plays a crucial role in the dealership by overseeing the finance and insurance aspect of each deal. This position is responsible for maximizing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective financial services and product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of dealership operations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.*Duties** Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate smooth transactions and enhance customer experience.* Present and explain financing options, insurance products, and extended warranties to customers.* Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements with lenders to secure the best rates for customers.* Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local regulations regarding financial transactions.* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is completed.* Train and mentor team members on best practices in finance and insurance processes.* Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.*Requirements** Proven experience in a dealership environment, preferably in a finance or sales role.* Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately.* Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for customers while maximizing dealership profitability.* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.* Knowledge of financial services products, including loans, leases, and insurance options.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers and team members.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Commission payBenefits:* Life insurance* Paid time offFlexible language requirement:* French not requiredExperience:* automotive finance: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
