   1. Supervise daily café operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
   2. Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and motivation.
   3. Oversee food preparation and handling, ensuring safety standards.
   4. Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.
   5. Assist in hiring and interviewing staff.
   6. Develop and implement menu items with the culinary team.
   7. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies.
   8. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
   9. Maintain cleanliness and organization.
3. Skills:
   1. Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
   2. Knowledge of food safety practices.
   3. Excellent team management abilities.
   4. Proficient in cash handling.
   5. Experience in interviewing candidates.
   6. Familiarity with bartending is a plus.
   7. Background in food service industry and café operations.

   • Type: Full-time
   • Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
   • Hours: 15-25 per week
   • Schedule: 8-hour shifts, mornings, evenings, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
   • Location: Kitchener, ON (On-site)
   • Start: As soon as possible
