ABOUT US
Solid Gold VIP Car Wash is not your average car wash; we’re excited to be launching a premium, membership-driven express wash experience in our hometown of Sudbury. We’re building a place where customers get top-quality service quickly and efficiently, our team members grow their careers, and the facility is run with pride and precision — all while creating an extraordinary customer experience from the moment guests arrive. To bring this vision to life, we're hiring three hands-on, motivated Managers to help lead our teams and operations from the ground up.

Position Purpose

As our Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-performing team that delivers exceptional car wash services — safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. You’ll oversee daily operations, site appearance, equipment maintenance, and overall performance — while fostering a strong team culture and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Elevate the Customer Experience
    • Ensure vehicles are cleaned correctly and safely every time
    • Monitor and coach customer service standards
    • Maintain a clean, professional facility and team presentation
    • Resolve customer concerns or damage claims professionally
  2. Drive Business Success
    • Increase car counts and maximize daily production output
    • Manage labor efficiently and stay within budget
    • Order and maintain inventory of soap, parts, and supplies
    • Monitor chemical usage and utility costs
  3. Lead & Develop a Strong Team
    • Recruit, train, and schedule new and existing team members
    • Hold team accountable through coaching, performance reviews, and corrective action when needed
    • Facilitate regular training, maintenance, and team meetings
    • Promote a safe, supportive, and performance-driven culture
  4. Oversee Daily Operations
    • Open and close the site according to procedures
    • Perform daily walkthroughs and address equipment needs promptly
    • Maintain POS systems, outdoor equipment, and site cleanliness
    • Handle admin tasks such as payroll, team files, and supply orders
