This role is ideal for a driven professional who holds a valid *NCSO designation* and is ready to elevate our safety culture to the next level. Our main office is in Coaldale Alberta, however the successful candidate will be required to be on site. Our project sites are across Alberta and into Saskatchewan.*Key Responsibilities:** Oversee and implement company-wide HSE policies and procedures* Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal safety regulations* Conduct site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments* Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports* Deliver and track safety training for all employees and subcontractors* Maintain and manage COR, ISNetworld, Avetta, and other compliance platforms* Foster a strong culture of safety across all departments*?
