We are seeking a licensed Condominium Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager and have completed all requirements and be registered or eligible to be registered for RECA Condominium licensing.General Duties:* *Support for the Board of Directors*: Assist with Board-related activities and interact with various stakeholders (owners, tenants, contractors, etc.).* *Communication*: Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and draft necessary documentation (letters, notices).* *File Management*: Maintain and update owner files and ensure records are kept in Condo Manager.* *Meeting Participation*: Attend Board and Annual General Meetings, typically in the evenings, and conduct site inspections.Accounting:* *Purchase Orders*: Prepare and send Purchase Orders after receiving approval for quotes.* *Financial Oversight*: Review monthly payables, provide financials to the Board for approval, draft the annual budget, and assist with Special Levies if needed.* *Audit Coordination*: Work with the Auditor for the year-end financial audit.Trades & Maintenance:* *Contractor Management*: Dispatch contractors for emergency situations (after-hours on-call may be required) and follow up on maintenance issues.* *Tracking & Renewals*: Track contractor deadlines, manage insurance proposals, and seek renewal proposals when necessary.Qualifications & Requirements:* *Licensing*: At least a RECA Level 1 Condominium Manager License (duties may vary based on license level) is required.* *Skills*: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, and knowledge of Condo Manager software is a plus (training will be provided).* *Communication & Organizational Skills*: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities are essential.* *Equipment*: A vehicle and mobile phone are necessary for this role.Additional Notes:* The role requires a mix of administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities.* The Condominium Manager must handle regular office tasks, attendance at Board meetings and immediate response to after-hours/emergency calls.Salary will be determined based on experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:* On-site parkingExperience:* condominium management: 2 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:* Condominium Management license registered with RECA (required)Work Location: In person
