We're Hiring: Barbershop Manager

Are you a natural leader with a passion for the grooming industry? Do you have experience managing teams and creating great customer experiences? We're looking for a Barbershop Manager to lead our team and take our shop to the next level!

Location: Macleod Trail Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Type: Full-Time | Competitive Pay

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the barbershop
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Lead and motivate a team of barbers/stylists
• Ensure the shop meets hygiene and quality standards
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barber and/or barbershop manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Knowledge of current grooming trends and products
• Must be organized, reliable, and self-motivated
