Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Installation Manager to lead and oversee our installation team and projects. This role is responsible for ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can motivate a team, establish clear expectations, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure every project is properly planned and executed from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Set clear expectations for each installation, including safety, quality, timelines, and company standards.
- Ensure jobs are properly planned, organized, and staged before work begins.
- Coordinate installation schedules, resources, materials, and equipment to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Monitor installations throughout the process and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to prevent delays, rework, and customer dissatisfaction.
- Conduct regular training and coaching to improve the skills, performance, and efficiency of installation team members.
- Monitor the performance of installation employees and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Hold team members accountable for following company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Develop a positive, professional, and accountable team culture.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure projects are properly communicated and coordinated.
- Respond to customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved professionally and promptly.
- Track project performance, productivity, and completion timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve installation processes, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and project information is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or supervising an installation team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to set clear expectations and deliver confident, decisive direction.

- Comfortable working with performance metrics and business goals.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
