Candidate Profile

You are:

Responsibilities

• Have at least two years of retail sales experience
• Have at least one year in a management or supervisory role
• Possess knowledge of the snowboarding and skateboarding industry
• Be a strong role model for your team
• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain operational and merchandising standards
• Encourage team success and growth
• Bring positive energy to the shop daily
