GFL Environmental in Prince George, BC seeks a seasoned leader to head the Industrial Services Team, combining office duties with field responsibilities. The role requires promoting safe work practices, guiding union and non-union crews, planning labour, equipment, and materials, and ensuring service standards.

You will oversee site safety, customer satisfaction, cost control, bids, estimates, and coordination with HSE and turnaround teams.

Qualificações

• At least five years of leadership or project management experience in industrial cleaning or related field.
• Knowledge of oil, gas, and pulp mill facilities and cleaning methods; high-pressure water jetting experience preferred.
• Experience supervising work plans, developing scopes, costing projects, and preparing schedules and method statements.
• Strong industry customer relationships and proficiency with Google Suite.
