Job summary

Freshslice Pizza is seeking a District Manager to support and advise franchise stores across the Vancouver district. You will guide teams to deliver great customer experiences and drive growth in all Freshslice locations.

You will conduct regular store visits, set sales targets, monitor performance, and manage budgets and inventory to optimize profitability. A vehicle is required to travel within the district, and leadership skills are essential for coaching and development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multi-store district management experience.
• At least 5 years of team leadership with 6+ members.
• Must have a vehicle to travel within the district.

• Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units, in the analysis of gains and losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service.
• Have at least five years of experience managing a team of six or more, with training and coaching, and excellent leadership and communication skills
• Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
