Job summary

Freshslice Pizza in Ontario, Canada, is recruiting a District Manager to support and advise franchise stores. You will guide store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while driving growth across the district.

You will conduct regular store visits, set sales targets, monitor performance, and manage budgets and inventory to optimize profitability. A successful candidate has strong leadership, coaching skills, and the ability to travel within the district as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing at least two stores or units.
• Minimum 5 years leading a team of 6+ with training and coaching.
• Must have a vehicle to travel within the district.

As a District Manager, you are motivated by the desire to support and advise franchise stores. You guide your teams according to Freshslice standards, to deliver great customer experiences and drive the growth of all Freshslice stores.

• Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience managing at least two stores, departments or units, in the analysis of gains and losses, inventory analysis, operations and customer service.
• Have at least five years of experience managing a team of six or more, with training and coaching, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
