The ideal candidate will support various distribution enablement functions, including data quality projects, broker engagement, and performance reporting. Job Responsibilities:

• Produce and improve broker dashboards and analytics.
• Develop expertise in distribution enablement platforms and reporting tools.
• Prepare reports on distribution performance, sales, market penetration, and profitability.
• Manage broker code administration and support data quality projects.
• Support broker agreements, vendor contracts, and compliance processes.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines using data sources and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Collect broker intelligence and support engagement projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Partner with various teams to enhance dashboards and performance metrics.
