Role Overview

Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Sales & Content (Unscripted) and the VP, Global Sales & Strategic Partnerships, this role works cross-functionally between the Original Unscripted team and the Global Distribution team. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams with differing needs and tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent thinker who can anticipate needs, problem-solve without constant direction, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A good sense of humor, adaptability, and the ability to respond with urgency when quick turnarounds are required are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Unscripted Development & Creative Support
  • Conduct detailed creative and market research to support unscripted development, including archival research, talent research, format analysis, cultural trends, and competitive landscape reviews
  • Organize, version, and prepare pitch deck materials, including copy, visuals, and references, for handoff to graphic designers
  • Coordinate with graphic designers by providing clear creative direction, materials, references, and deadlines
  • Review deck drafts for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with creative intent prior to executive review
  • Prepare and distribute pitch materials, research packets, and creative decks for internal review, pitch meetings, and network presentations
  • Compile and distribute detailed notes from pitch meetings, brainstorms, and development discussions, clearly communicating creative feedback to internal teams
  • Coordinate internal and external pitch meetings with producers, agents, talent, and network partners
  • Track all active distribution sales and ongoing broadcaster conversations by maintaining and circulating up-to-date spreadsheets, charts, and PowerPoint presentations for weekly sales meetings
  • Create bespoke client decks for broadcasters and third-party acquisitions
  • Prepare and customize avails documents for buyers, including synopses, images, screening links, and re-formatted materials from rights management systems
  • Draft and send e-blasts for market meeting requests
  • Create and manage external screening links for new programming
  • Maintain the company’s screening portal, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and professionally presented
  • Maintain scripted, unscripted, kids & family digital and print catalogues using InDesign and Photoshop
  • Work closely with Content Marketing, Rights Administration, and Media Operations teams to ensure timely communication of sales updates and new program information
Administrative & Executive Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support, including gathering content information for client presentations and assisting with special projects, reports, and presentations
  • Manage calendars for Natalie Vinet and Jessica Watson around markets, trade events, internal meetings, and deadlines, coordinating with colleagues across departments and offices. Support additional senior members of the distribution team, as needed.
  • Arrange and manage logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, conference calls, and events, including scheduling, room bookings, agendas, and materials
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, ground transportation, client dining, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports and tracking as needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Organization
  • Liaise with Business Affairs, Legal, Production, Programming, and Sales teams to track development approvals, deal status, and deliverables
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and databases for decks, research, visuals, catalogues, and development materials
  • Monitor current trends in unscripted television, pop culture, and competitive programming across broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms
  • Handle confidential creative and business materials with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications / Core Skills & Expertise

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
