Walmart Canada in Maple, Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, order filling and shipment of freight into and out of the distribution centre. You will perform general warehouse duties, including load/unload trailers, picking, receiving and shipping, stock replenishment, and maintain accuracy while following safety standards.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, wearing steel-toed boots, and working in possible cold conditions at PDC locations.

Qualificações

• Age – 18 or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day.
• Steel toe safety shoes/boots required from day one.
• PDC locations may involve working in temperatures between +12 C and -24 C.

Position Summary...

Responsible for the receiving, order filling and shipment of freight into and out of the DC.

What you’ll do…

• General Warehouse Duties including Load/Unload Trailers
• Must be able to work Picking, Receiving and Shipping area as business dictates
• Stock replenishing and restocking of inventory / customer product
• Maintain order filling performance expectation of the job function while maintaining picking accuracy.
• Adhering to all Operations policies and procedures.
• Maintain associate related programs and procedures, including health and safety and housekeeping programs in order to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and company policy.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to have steel toed safety shoes/boots for first day
• Other safety personal protective gear may be required as appropriate and will be provided
• For PDC locations only: working in temperatures between +12 C and -24 C on a continuous basis.

The rate of pay for this position starts from $25.34/hr.
