At Eyesite in Weybridge we are now looking for a Dispensing Manager.

Known for our comprehensive eye care services, we provide everything from standard eye tests to advanced diagnostic scans like OCT and Optomap scans, which help in detecting eye conditions early on. We also specialise in a wide range of eyewear, offering designer glasses, contact lenses, and sports eyewear.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician Manager to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the practice, including:

1. Dispensing spectacles and sunglasses
2. Managing spectacle collections
3. Making adjustments for comfort and fit
4. Providing excellent in-room handovers
5. Covering reception, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments
6. Discussing contact lenses and alternative eye care solutions with patients

As a key part of our team, you’ll actively contribute to the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Just as important to us is the way you interact with patients. Providing a friendly, informative, and empathetic service is a must.

Ultimately, you must be an ambassador for our brand and profession within the practice and the local community.

• We are a team of 5
• We have 1 consulting room
• Our frame and sunglass ranges include Tom Davies, Lindberg, Tom Ford, Rayban, Oakley & Maui Jim.
• Our testing equipment includes OCT, Optomap, colourimetry & myopia management, we also have a large volume of contact lens patients.
• The role requires you to work 4 days in the week and every Saturday.

Weybridge is served by Weybridge railway station, which has regular services to London Waterloo in about 30-35 minutes.
