Hiring Dispatcher for a Major Transportation Company in Calgary

This is a night shift position.

Tasks (not exhaustive):

1. Progressing and closing trips
2. Creating trips
3. Providing customer service via phone and email to resolve issues
4. Supporting drivers
5. Planning and dispatching pickups and deliveries

Required Skills:

• Strong keyboarding skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel)
