Job description

Location: Bonnyville, Alberta

Timberwolf Environmental Services is currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their Bonnyville office. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in oilfield and trucking dispatch. This position plays a key role in daily operations and is considered a growth opportunity within the company.

This is a 7 on / 7 off rotation position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day incoming calls and dispatch requests

  • Schedule, assign, and dispatch crews and equipment to job sites

  • Communicate effectively with field crews, clients, and management

  • Ensure all dispatch activities are logged and documented accurately

  • Monitor progress of active jobs and adjust schedules as necessary

  • Track and update job status using internal systems and reporting tools

  • Respond to after-hours calls during on-call rotation

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Previous dispatch experience in the oilfield and trucking industry is required

  • Knowledge of local geography and oilfield locations around Bonnyville and area

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with 24-hour on-call responsibilities during scheduled shift

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with dispatch software and basic computer applications
