Job summary

UAP Inc. in New Minas, Nova Scotia, is hiring a full-time dispatcher to optimize delivery routes for our drivers. The position offers CAD 18.20–20.40 per hour, benefits from day one, paid time off, and more.

You will plan routes, manage delivery tracking, ensure shipment readiness, and pick/pack orders for shipment. Strong communication and customer service are essential, along with problem-solving and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous dispatching experience (asset).

Responsibilities

• Plan efficient driving routes and assign deliveries to drivers based on location and priority.
