IS2 Workforce Solutions is looking for Dispatch & Logistics Coordinators! Are you quick on your feet, love solving problems, and thrive when the pace picks up? If keeping operations on track and working with a reliable, high-energy team excites you, this is your chance!

Job Types: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: $27/ hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasion rotational weekends: 0600-1400 or 1500-2200

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor schedules and adjust to keep operations running like clockwork.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to resolve issues quickly.
• Track shipments and keep accurate records.
• Support logistics planning to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies (collisions, behavioural incidents, medical) by taking immediate action, contacting key departments, and calling 911 when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation is an asset but not required – we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
• Solution-focused team players that can work well under pressure
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication – both with drivers on the road and customers on the phone.
• Tech-savvy with dispatch/logistics systems
