Job Summary

Summary: Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop floors regularly to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Segregate and dispose of trash properly; steam clean or hose out cans.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food prep equipment.
• Transport supplies and equipment safely between storage and work areas.
• Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house arrangements.
• Load, unload, and deliver supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
