You will set up dishwashing and pot-washing stations, operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions, wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware and cookware, and keep sanitation logs as part of our caring dining team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
